Picked 28th September, which gives the wine lifted aromatics, though with no sense of late picked. Made in tank, like a Riesling, says Dominique. The 2023 Aligot is generous on the palate, but with energy behind, properly persistent, with an interesting nuttiness. Drink from 2025 2027. Tasted Oct 2024."
