Circle Hook Agricole Style Rum cognac 5% alc/vol - 93 PROOFStarted by juicing Mississippi grown, heirloom sugarcane on site at the distillery and immediately sendingit through the fermentation process using a well tested recipe, our agricole style rum is then distilled in our copper pot still and then aged in new American oak barrels for approximately two years. The resulting spirit exhibits the perfect amount of grassiness, with the vegetal notes most prominent at the back end.
