This special dark red honey is from knotweed and goldenrod flowers from August through October, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystallize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
