Well worth an extra sniff. As one would expect, Rugiens provides that bit more than the other 1ers Crus. There is extra density here in a ripe purple fruit, easily enough to cover the tannins, superb richness as you would expect from vines planted in 1928 9. One could almost call this graceful!
